Big-O-4x4 is located at Unit 2 / 104 Rundle Road in Salisbury South, South Australia and manufactures radius arms for Nissan Patrols, Landcruisers and Rovers as well as custom fabrication and supplies a full range of suspension systems & components, recovery gear, batteries and air filters for 4WDs of all makes and models. Our aim is to provide you with a complete suspension package, that is just that "complete" not just a spring and shock kit that is missing vital safety components. We supply everything that is required to correct your geometry back to that of the factory.

Whether its an upgrade or replacement, if you need a part for your 4WD we will do our best to source/manufacture it for you. We can provide general fabrication for almost anything large or small, We have qualified Military spec/ pressure vessel welders who specialise in - Aluminium & Stainless TIG - MIG - ARC, welding. Our fabrication shop covers all aspects of workmanship from bending, machining and sheetmetal work. Specialty one off parts are no problem. We can engineer parts form design to completion using Autocad  and laser/water jet cutting. We pride ourselves on making quality parts that are not only light but offer exceptional strength due to design and manufacturing process.

Big-O-4x4 stocks 1,3/4" seamless race tube, suitable for CAMS/ CCDA roll cages. We also use this for our tube bars, sliders and comp trays. We do not offer nor use mild steel for our bar work as it offers low strength to weight ratio. Please keep this in mind when comparing our sliders with others.
